Wildlife Science performed numerous wildlife surveys for EAFB including standardized transect surveys for Aggasiz’s desert tortoise, large and small mammals, and small mammal trapping for nocturnal rodents at 60 Habitat Quality Analysis plots. In collaboration with Biosearch Associates, we performed live-trapping surveys for Mohave ground squirrels at 46 sites throughout the base.
