Sunol Ridge Habitat Assessment

Alameda County, California.

Clients: Ibis Environmental Services, URS Corporation, and Caltrans. 

Wildlife Science performed field surveys and habitat assessments for Alameda whipsnake, California red-legged frog, and California tiger salamander. The project site was under consideration for purchase as mitigation for impacts related to the Caldecott Tunnel Improvement Project and other Caltrans projects.  It was subsequently purchased by East Bay Regional Park District.
